01 / THE IDEA

A fresh buy. A second chance.#

HOLDUP is a Solana token designed to redirect its Pump.fun creator fees to recent buyers whose qualifying positions are down at a shared snapshot.

Every purchase gets one evaluation. Older tokens never roll into another round, but an existing holder can join again with a new purchase. Rewards are shared by the number of eligible tokens still held. The size of a loss decides eligibility, not the size of the reward.

02 / TIMING

Close the group. Let it settle.#

Buys are collected for five minutes. That group then waits another five minutes before evaluation. Meanwhile, the next group opens. A new group starts every five minutes; the first evaluation happens ten minutes after the schedule starts.

A · COLLECTA · WAIT ◆EVALUATED
B · COLLECTB · WAIT ◆

◆ Evaluation · times are relative to the shared launch schedule.

A purchase at exactly 05:00 joins Group B. Purchases just before 05:00 stay in Group A and still wait a little over five minutes. Each recorded round publishes its exact finalized cutoff slot. Evaluation uses the last indexed finalized block before the evaluation boundary.

The wait prevents joining a closing group immediately before evaluation. It does not prevent market manipulation or guarantee a recovery.

03 / ELIGIBILITY

New tokens. Still held. In the red.#

At evaluation, combine all remaining purchases from that group for each wallet. If their reference value is below their remaining acquisition cost, that wallet qualifies. Profitable fills in the same group offset losing fills; you cannot select only the losing ones.

SALE POLICY / NEWEST PURCHASES FIRST

Partial sales and outgoing transfers reduce purchased inventory, newest purchases first. Remaining cost falls proportionally with the tokens removed. Transfers between token accounts owned by the same wallet are netted. Transfers to a different owner remove eligibility from the sender and do not create a qualifying buy for the recipient.

“Down” currently means unrealized loss on the remaining group purchases. Realized sale profits, old holdings and other wallets are outside this calculation. A trader can therefore qualify while being profitable overall.

04 / FOLLOW THE FEES

The creator share.
Back to eligible buyers.#

100% of the token’s collected creator fees are allocated to holder rewards. There is no HOLDUP operations or buyback deduction from that pool.

ELIGIBLE HOLDER REWARDS

The entire available pool is shared when at least one buyer qualifies.

Creator fees are one part of trading fees.

Only the token's creator-fee portion funds HOLDUP rewards. Protocol fees, liquidity-provider fees, network charges and third-party charges are separate. The reward budget uses actual verified collections; it does not assume a fixed fee rate.

See Pump.fun's current fee schedule ↗

Available means collected and unreserved.

Money already assigned to an earlier round stays reserved until delivery. It cannot fund the next round too. Hosting, RPC access and payout transaction costs require a separate operating budget to preserve the 100% reward allocation.

FUNDING WINDOW / VERIFIED COLLECTIONS

Each evaluation uses verified creator fees collected by its finalized cutoff, minus amounts assigned to earlier rounds. This can include fees from later buyers. If nobody qualifies, funds carry forward; that group’s buyers expire. Initial SOL in the creator wallet and ordinary deposits never become reward funds.

05 / THE MATH

Your share follows your tokens.#

WALLET REWARD

Available pool × your eligible tokens
all eligible tokens

The denominator contains only qualifying tokens in this group. Total token supply, old balances and profitable wallets add no weight. Losses determine who enters the calculation; rewards are not capped at those losses.

Calculations preserve precision until the final whole-lamport allocation. Leftover lamports go to the largest fractional remainders, with wallet-address order resolving ties. If a pool has fewer lamports than eligible wallets, some awards can be zero.

06 / DELIVERY

A snapshot is not a payment.#

The payout lifecycle separates calculation, funding and delivery. Reaching the timer does not mean SOL has arrived.

  1. 01

    Freeze the evidence

Use the group’s original finalized cutoff, verified purchases, remaining quantities and the published price reference.

  2. 02

    Calculate and reserve

Record each wallet’s decision and award. Reserve the full funded amount once, and mark every purchase in the group as evaluated.

  3. 03

    Deliver and confirm

The operator’s backend signs native SOL transfers from the creator wallet. Reserved awards remain pending until finalized payment evidence is recorded. No holder signature, wallet connection or manual claim is required.

An already funded award survives a later sale. Delayed payments keep their reservation. Missing or incomplete data should pause settlement until the original snapshot can be reconstructed.

CUSTODY / OPERATOR CONTROL

HOLDUP uses an operator-controlled creator wallet as its reward treasury. There is no custom payout program or trustless escrow. The operator controls the signing key, service and funds. The backend records transfers before sending and checks uncertain results before retrying. A configured website or successful fee collection does not prove that a holder has been paid.

07 / DATA & PRICING

Balances alone aren’t enough.#

A holder list tells us who holds tokens now. Eligibility also needs when they bought, how much they paid and what they sold or transferred before the cutoff.

READ THE CHAIN

RPC + transaction history

The backend indexer reads finalized Solana blocks through an RPC provider, decodes supported purchases and movements, and reconciles token accounts by wallet owner.

KEEP THE HISTORY

A purchase ledger

Each fill keeps its own identity, group, quantity and cost. Backfills repair missed events. History stays recorded after eligibility expires.

The current implementation supports standard Pump bonding-curve trades and the canonical PumpSwap pool, including recognized routed trades. Mayhem, cashback and alternative creator-fee sharing modes are outside this configuration. A transfer is not a purchase, and unsupported activity cannot silently create a qualifying entry. Network access and indexing happen on the backend; visitors do not need an RPC subscription to read the site.

How the snapshot price is chosen.

The reference is the finalized supported pool spot price at the original cutoff, reproduced from recorded pool evidence. Entry cost and valuation are measured in SOL. Price history must be complete at the snapshot. Thin liquidity, sustained selling and missing prices can affect a reference; a five-minute holding period alone cannot prevent manipulation.

The current cost model includes trading fees in entry cost, but excludes network gas and recoverable rent. These costs are tracked separately from the reward pool. A reference valuation is also different from what a real sale would receive after slippage.

Check the evidence

  1. Match the full mint address before trading.
  2. Use the rewards dashboard to check the feed status and collected creator fees.
  3. Select a recorded round to inspect its cutoff and wallet decisions.
  4. Look up your public wallet to see reserved and paid awards separately.
  5. Open the confirmed transaction link to verify a completed SOL payment.

Round evidence links the cutoff, inputs, price reference, wallet decisions and allocations. The payout feed separately links confirmed transfers. If the website’s live feed is unavailable, it cannot establish the backend’s current state. A proof of allocation alone cannot establish that a loss calculation was correct.

09 / COMMON QUESTIONS

The details that matter.#

Can I receive more than I lost?

Yes. There is no loss cap. If you are the only eligible buyer and the available pool is 0.5 SOL, you receive the full 0.5 SOL even if your qualifying position is down only 0.01 SOL.

Do rewards guarantee that I end up in profit?

No. Rewards depend on eligibility and available creator fees. Token prices can keep falling, and an award may be smaller than a loss. A payout increases the SOL you receive; it does not directly raise the token’s price.

Can I qualify again after receiving a reward?

Yes, through a new purchase in a later group. The previous purchase is already evaluated and never adds weight again, whether it received a reward or not.

What happens when nobody is down?

No one receives an award from that group. Unassigned creator-fee funds carry forward, while that group’s purchase eligibility expires.

Can someone use multiple wallets?

Eligibility is checked per wallet. Splitting profitable and losing purchases across wallets can change who qualifies. Public chain data cannot reliably identify a person’s other wallets, and token weighting does not remove this limitation.

Where do I find the official token?

The official addresses section lists the token mint and trading link when published. Reward distributions have their own activation status, separate from token trading.
